Nathanaël Pascal was admitted to the Geneva Bar in June 2025. He holds a Master 2 degree in Digital Law (University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas), a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (ECAV), a Master’s degree in Economic Law, a Certificate in Transnational Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva.

Prior to joining the Digital Law Center, Nathanaël Pascal completed internships at the law firms KPMG Avocats (2024), Budin & Associés (2023-24), Bird & Bird (2022) and UGGC Avocats (2022).

In July 2025, he joined the Digital Law Center, he joined the Digital Law Center, where he works as a research and teaching assistant. Alongside this, he is beginning to write his doctoral thesis. He is also a member of the Swissprivacy association and regularly publishes reports and commentaries on legal developments relating to data protection and transparency.

His main areas of research include data protection, information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence, and disinformation.
