Marion Consoli holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Geneva (2018) and a Master's degree in Innovation and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Neuchâtel (with a stay in Zürich, 2020). She participated in the summer school organized jointly by the University of Geneva and the World Intellectual Property Organization (2020).

During her law studies, Marion Consoli did an internship at the legal department of the Swiss Radio Television (RTS), in Geneva. Upon completion of her studies, she worked as a clerk at the Judicial Power of the Republic and Canton of Geneva (2020), then as a patent validation assistant at Novagraaf, a firm specialized in intellectual property, in Geneva (2021).

In August 2021, she joined the Commercial Law Department at the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva as a research and teaching assistant to Professor Jacques de Werra. In parallel to this activity, she has started writing her doctoral thesis.

Her main research areas are intellectual property and unfair competition, new technologies and innovation issues.
